No Supervision for Children 8 years old

I have to complain about Virgin Active Rustenburg. They have a V-Club, but I was told now that children from 8 years can not be in there anymore. I did not even know this. They said we must leave them at the teen zone. There is not supervision at the Teen Zone - they have to be there all by themselves, and they are only 8 years old. And the teen zone is next to the bathrooms...I WILL NOT leave my daughter or any of my other children alone there. We do weight training, so now my daughter have to go with us to the weight area. In 20 days my son will be 8 as well, then we will have 2 children who is 8 and have to be there with us. What happens if one of them gets hurt? And they are in the other people's way there. I am not going to change my way of training because Virgin active does not provide care for children of 8 years old. It was not said to us that they can't look after children of 8 years of age, if I knew that when I took out the contract in december, I would not have taken out the contract. Because what am I suppose to be doing with my kids now? One of these days you will go to the gym and you will see a lot of children running around upstairs in the weight training sections
