No staff to report broken kit or emergencies!

Virgin Active La Lucia has been going downhill fast for the last year!
In the last month, there's been an evacuation due to a fire in the men's change rooms and lots of the machines are defective.
On Fri 28 August I spent 20 mins trying to find a treadmill with tv stations that worked - 4 out of 5 machines had faulty tvs and the 5th machine had a belt that was slipping.
I tried in vain to search for a Virgin floor Supervisor and had to head downstairs to find one - in a packed gym.
If someone gets in to trouble upstairs where the bulk of the people train i.e. a heart attack, then good luck as there will be no one (besides a personal trainer maybe) to help.
When I eventually found someone, I pointed out the ***** machines and carried on - 30 mins after firing up the first treadmill.
I returned on Mon 31st & couldn't believe that I nearly fell off the same treadmill with the slipping belt that I reported on the Friday! Que the same experience with trying to find a floor Supervisor! And trying to find a machine with a functional tv.
Eventually got someone to put an out of order label on the death trap treadmill, 20 min delay to workout, no aircon & no Manager available on departure!
