No spinning instructors repeatedly - poor admin

Frustrated with the management and administration of Old Eds Virgin Active. Attended yet another spinning class without an instructor yesterday afternoon. I have previously approached management at the gym and emailed a complaint about the repeating problem of instructors not pitching, but to no avail.
