No Soap and dirty bathroom

I would like to complain about Virgin active branch Tramshed. This morning I went there and in the shower there were no soap at all I checked on each shower but all of the holder were just empty.When I asked the reception he told me the people working in there only start at 6 am. I was so angry because u open at 5 but people responsible to look after the branch start an hour later. That nonsense.<br> <br> I will never recommend anyone to join the Virgin active gym aspecially tramshed branch.
