No Service and Unproffesional

Today we were subjected to take a cold shower at 6:00 AM on a (- 6 degrees weather). The shower works 3 days a week .Steam room has not been working for the past TWO WEEKS .When we complained there is no change or progress made .The staff is unprofessional and rude. Why should we complain about the showers that are not working at 6:00 AM what the hell is the staff doing .This is staff responsibility to ensure that all the gym equipment , showers and steam room are checked before they open at 5:00 AM and not the MEMBERS . WE PAY FOR OUR MEMBERSHIP AND WE EXPECT SERVICE .
