NO SATISFYING ANSWER FROM VIRGIN ACTIVE

I just cannot get satisfied answer from virgin active customer service. I have forwarded emails with proof of payments to Virgin Active consultants and its like i am sending emails to a ghosts at virgin active,because i am not getting any feedback. I continue receiving calls only of payment outstanding. can get someone AT SENIOR LEVEL to address this issue /problem /situation.. PLEASE 😠
