No responsibility taken for bad quality cctv camer

My vehicle was broken into on the 21st of March 2016 at the Virgin Active kingspark parking lot at 3.41pm in plain site of the cctv camera ... the suspect vehicle passed 2 cctv cameras within close proximity but cctv cameras could not read the registration numbers because of the cameras being of inferior quality . This is the response I got from Kingspark management after wanting to cancel my contract which shows image not valued and customer retention isn't a priority <br> <br> Good day Jameel.<br> <br> As I have mentioned to you before the steps taken by virgin active regarding our parking terms.
