No response to my complain I laid

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I have now laid 2 complains in the past 2 weeks about the Randburg Virgin Active branch entrance door that is not closing properly. The door is always open by a little bit as there is NO door closer and the door does NOT close properly on its own, it always stands a little open. This has an huge cold wind draught/breeze coming in by the door and blowing over all the cardio equipment at the entrance by the info desk. This is absolutely unexceptable as a person can get sick.</p> <p>I find this very unprofessional that I do not get any feedback from the club manager although he was quick to come and personally complain about something some club member was unhappy about, but nothing gets done about my formal complains</p> <p>I wrote on both complain letters that the club manager must be the person to report back toi me. I have asked the staff and they told me the complain boxes gets emptied daily and they put the complains on the responsible person's desk.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am in the middle of my competition prep and to catch a cold now will really get me furious and upset.</p> <p>PLEASE can the message get to the club manager "Garth" to get the door fixed ASAP, this is not an expensive job, myself, the staff and MANY other members will appreciate this. If he has a problem with this he can arrange a time to come see me personally at the gym when I am there.</p>
