NO RESPONSE, NO FEEDBACK

I have done a contact request (changing bank details) several times during the month of September, with NO FEEDBACK. I went in to Virgin Active Lorraine Gardens where I was told to email a Danielle that also works there. I emailed, but then I was told to do it in person. I made it clear that I was told to do it per email, but STILL I have not received feedback. Today, I sent in another contact request. NO RESPONSE. I LITERALLY JUST WANT TO CHANGE BANKING DETAILS, HONESTLY!!!!!!
