NO RESPONSE FROM VIRGIN ACTIVE

Not sure why I even bother to write a review, see from previous reviews that Virgin Active don't care to reply. My youngest son joined Virgin Active last year November, as part of the Black Friday special. Part of this special was that we would not pay for membership for January & February 2024. Virgin has taken payments for those two months; I queried it with the sales consultant in the gym, send emails and log tickets with Virgin. NO RESPONSE !!!!
