No reply company plenty to hide

Has anyone noticed that VA never get back to clients you can call them or email them still the same . Maybe they are surely but slowly going out of business for them to be this arrogant and not care about their clients problems or complaints, after we the clients pay their salaries . VA gyms are slowly but surely falling apart and no repairs are done when evenyually the are done the workmanship is so poor that the problem occurs again and again iE Sauna repairs and steam room repairs and aircons just to mention a few.
