No Replies, No Service but they still want my money?

Been trying to terminate my contract for months now due to medical reasons, they just never respond to my mails? I have sent COUNTLESS mails that come back with a autoreply promising how they will 'get back to me' within 48-72 hours. It. Has. Been. Months. Seriously worst admin service I have seen, almost as bad as Pathcare.
