NO refund after Two weeks
I changed Medical Aid plans from being a dependent to a principle member. Virgin Active debited my account with R 520 which was a full amount due to them cancelling my vitality benefits when in fact i am a vitality member. I have given discovery a call and they informed me they have informed Virgin Active to do the rote up switch and refund me. Its been two weeks going on three and Virgin active doesn't know anything about a refund after they have been informed. Being a client for years this is the worst service ever received. It is not the clients responsibility to ensure that the admin is in order.

I have also requested management to call me back and to date no one has contacted me back. All i received was an email saying they are investigating the refund. Why investigate if its as clear as daylight.

I am appalled by their service its shocking, and no documentation as signed authorizing them to deduct the R 520 which is ******* in anyway.
Thank you so much for taking my call today.
On behalf of Virgin Active I once again would like to apologise for any frustrations caused to you.
As discussed, we have agreed to leave the credit balance on your membership and it will be used as your payment for the month of March 2015.
Should you require any further assistance in the future, please feel free to contact me directly.
Kindest regards
Robyn
