NO PROTECTION OF MEMBERS!
Please think twice before you put your valuables in the locker rooms at Virgin Active! They do not cover the loss and are doing absolutely nothing to protect your goods, unless it's in the \VALUABLE LOCKERS"! <br> <br> Myself and another member's goods were ****** from our gym bags yesterday - reported it to the police and they told me they are inundated with these theft queries from Virgin Active! <br> <br> People are also allowed to bring guns into the gym as in July a gunshot went off while people were training - could have killed someone! <br> <br> Go to a gym where you and your valuables are SAFE! """

I am really sorry that your valuable items were ****** from your locker, but would like to urge you to use the special valuable lockers that Virgin Active provides for car keys, wallets, phones and any other valuable items our members would like to store while training. These lockers are monitored by CCTV's and are in high traffic areas.
The safety and security of our members is very important to us and can confirm that guns are not allowed in our facilities. We can assure you that the incident you are referring to, was addressed in the strongest possible manner.
