No point for Loyalty

I think Ive been with VA Milpark for 7 years maybe more, both my daughters are at club V SINCE 6 weeks old they are now 8 and 6, my first near death experience, was there 7 years ago, where I fainted from training, (my fault) not theirs.

I have a loyal VA member from day one, I fall on hard times, once in that time, and now they cant help me pay off my arrears, they blocked me from using the gym, and their system just cancelled my membership, im trying to rejoin and I must pay a full R2k upfront.

So much for loyalty, and understanding, Pity the other gyms dont compare to VA, VA has always been the best, great equipment, great staff, but damn they chase money like its gonna disappear,

Great gym but you get no points for loyalty, really dissapointed VA,
