The failure of this large conglomerate to ensure secure parking for its members at Virgin Active Gatesville is a massive failing and totally unacceptable. On 9 August 2023 my vehicle was broken into and numerous costly items ******. This afternoon, 26 October 2023, my 11 year old daughters school bag, swimming bag and other items were ****** after the ******* smashed a window of her mother’s car.
