No on floor management

I joined the Faerie glen club about 3 weeks ago, every time I gym I end up having an argument in the club, the circuit clearly has it rules, in this club the circuit is used as the main training floor, not on e in the last 3 weeks I was able to use the circuit as it should be used, I have complained daily about this at the reception and also to the fitness manager via email 3 times, absolutely nothing has been done,and not once I have even seen a person on the floor to even try and resolve this issue. I can not continue using this club further as it is now more a hassle for me than pleasure and de stress.
