No Management

<p>I am writing about a common practice at VA Morningside. </p> <p>VA trainers use the gym with their customers as though it is their personal property. They annexe machines for more than 1/2 an hour at a time, draping towels on the machines, preventing access to other members, having loving chats with their clients and preventing access to other members of the facilities .</p> <p> </p> <p>The VA manager at this brach is ineffectual and NEVER seen on the gym floor.</p> <p> </p> <p>There must surely be more capable people out ther to run this branch that is surely making a lot of money for VA given its location.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>I have every intention of taking the matter to the highest level if not resolved.</p>
