No loyalty, A **** and A ****a shop

Virgin Active is a **** I was sold a lie and that lie is costing me R3900. I called in the first month to stop, as I was sold a lie but because they put money forward and capitalize on arrears, they made sure they debit so that the arrears can be a lot even after calling several months, yet they still added🤦♀️ How crazy is this, I have been fighting all year to get this removed? so that I can join again from a different Virgin Active. I'm unable to get assistance besides paying R3900 yet I never .not once stepped into the Meyer's park gym. Loyalty does not even matter when it comes to this company but money only! I had a membership with Groenkloof, all went smooth till my contract ended but to them its nothing! Now. I cannot go back without paying R3900 that I never utilized 😭😭😭 All their consultants have different kinds of percentages that their offering me to pay..is Virgin Active run like a ****a shop.yerrr but How do I pay for something I never used!!!!
