No Hot Water

<p>I am highly annoyed at Virgin active as they dont want to fix the ladies showers. I have been complaining for the past two months for the lack of hot water in the ladies showers. I complained to 3 of their staff members, i even wrote to David who is the manager but they always give me the same answer, ' we will look into this' . Please advise when will this issue be attended to. It is cold outside and every night i leave that gym extremely cold. I am highly annoyed actually ****ed at your level of customer service. I am not loaning to use that gym, I pay my membership every month not to shower with cold water. FIX THIS</p>
