No hot water

on 19 April 2019 virgin active East London Quigney did not have hot water in the morning. When enquire with the acting manager he indicated that he does not know what the proble was and that a call has been logged with the technical to come and have a look. There was no notice or notification regarding the problem resulting in a great inconvenience for me.
