No heating at pool Cedar lakes, poor communication.

<p>Unfortunately Cedar Lakes Virgin Active constantly have problems with their heating pumps at their pool. I went to Cedar Lakes Virgin Active on Saturday the 15th April 2017 for a swim and as I get in the pool the water is freezing. There was no sign, no notification, anyhow finished my swim and went and complained to the manager that they they should have a sign telling people this. I get an explanation that the pump is faulty no appology, no sign at the club. I know the pump is faulty afer freezing my Nut's Off. Went their today (20/04/2017) for a swim but before I left work I phoned the club to make sure all is OK , the lady at reception tells me no problem all is working at the pool. When I get their, a sign telling us that there is a problem with the pool heating. Is this incompetence or what ? Please change my membership to Dairfern at no extra cost, at least their staff can communicate ...and the pool heating works.</p>
