No Head Office (or other) email address - so no way to "formally" send communication
"Dear" Virgin Active
Only offering a telephone number (Monday to Friday only) or requiring one of your customers to go into a gym does not give them the piece of mind to know that any formal escalation has been duly recorded.
I will now be asking for one of your staffers to sign and date the "formal" membership cancellation letter that I will be taking in.
What business these days does not offer a centralised Head Office or even Accounts email address?!
I would at least expect a "Customer Support" email addie, yet you merely offer Pinterest or Twitter - can that be classed as "official" yet still "private" when I want to cancel a PERSONAL Contract?
I want to formally log my intention to cancel my membership, yet you make this almost impossible!!!!
As for your "Members Login" on the website - you offer every option to upgrade membership, but none to notify intention to cancel....
Shocking to say the least.....
