NO feedback to customers

When I took the contract with Virgin Active in 2015, the sales consultant advised me that my account can be frozen if for some reason I am unable to contribute the monthly fees etc, and then I pay a minimal fee every month for 6 months without having to cancel and forfeit the VITALITY registration fee that I paid.<br> I send a request to Virgin Active in January requesting my membership to be frozen, as I am currently heavily pregnant and not using the gym and that I will not be earning my full salary whilst on Maternity leave and therefore unable to meet my monthly contributions for this time. after getting no feedback and being debited the full amount every month, I get a phone call today from them advising me that they cannot freeze Vitality Membership. after 3 MONTHS this is the only feedback I get? And why was this not advised when I initially took the contract, seeing as the sales consultant knew upfront that I am a Vitality Member and out of his own told me about this. You also seriously need to look at feedback to your clients, as my last email to Sonto and Paul was 3 weeks ago (after numerous queries before that), and only getting feedback now! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Hello YOLA83,

Please accept my sincere apologies for the lack of response.

Thank you for giving me a chance to explain the reason why Vitality does not allowing freezing on Virgin Active memberships.

I am delighted that we have been able to provide you with an alternate solution and wish you all the best with the birth of your baby.

Kind Regards,
Tracy-Lee
