No feedback on Complaint!

<p>I completed a formal complaint and dropped it off at reception on the 21st of November. but have not been contacted to date.</p> <p>I sent an email to the manager ********** on the28th of Nov and have not received a response either.</p> <p> </p> <p>My complaint is as follows.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a MAJOR issue with hygiene at the club. </p> <p> </p> <p>Members in the female bathrooms\lockers walk around the entire locker section wet, dripping on the floor. I constantly have to tip toe around the wetness.</p> <p>Every day without fail I find a cleaner cleaning up after them.</p> <p>I personally feel they need to dry themselves off before entering the locker section. This avoids having wet floors, eliminating diseases such as athlete’s foot.</p> <p>I believe this is the only club that allows this!!!!</p>
