no feedback - no communication

Roodepoort V/A - approx 2 months ago requesting extra wateraerobis classes - no response. A week ago question why I could not book. Rep**** if I was able to book , but no I was not - no further feedback. I had a class booked @9,15 on 21st . Got a confirmation email. Class was fully booked. When I came to the gym - NO CLASS. No email or sms from V/A Roodepoort management to say class was cancelled. This is unacceptable. I am very unhappy with this non-communication and poor business ethics.
