No deal

I got a call on 26 August from Bongi Makhathini... with a deal. She said I can be offered a 50% discount on my arrears and pay 50% monthly for 4 months. And promised that the arrangement for a debit order to go is cancel.

To my surprise a debit order went through today. How is this professional? Now I must go all the way to the bank unplanned to reverse as I can't reverse on the app.

Now I must spend petrol and parking ticket and be charged for reversing.

I need this canceled.
