No customer service at virgin activw

Hello,

I’m extremely FRUSTRATED, ANGRY AND UPSET!!! With Virgin Active!!!

I have been trying to resolve an issue since June! With no joy! I was suppose to get 2 months free gym which I never did, I am also a vitality member which means I should get a reduced rate but that never happened and they deducted R530 every month from my account.

I have called! I have send mails, the one lady (whose name I can’t remember said she will sort it out which she didn’t)

Sabs who did my contract just ignored me! So when I visited him he referred me to his supervisor Godfrey, which promised me it will be sorted out the 01 September. But once again it wasn’t so I called him and he has a lot of stories but no solutions and still no refund. I then tried for an entire day to get through to virgin active because if you hold To long it cuts you off so when I eventually spoke to a person I didn’t want to put down the phone until they sorted it out so she referred me to her supervisor Saeed Glenn, who gave me his mail and said he will do his best to sort it out but its actually my gym that should do it, so once again I was a fool to believe him because he just ignored my mails just like everyone else at Virgin active.

So then I spoke to Godfrey again and he said sorry there is nothing he can do I must speak to HO.

So here I am, no refund no one helping me!! And Virgin active taking my money as they see fit!!
