NO Customer Service at Virgin Active

I Contacted the 0860 number from 2 February 2023 onwards- what a waste of good time. I even requested a call me back as prompted- totally useless as no-one called back. The i started sending emails to *** one response on 10 February after i sent a initial email on 2 February 2023. and then nothing further. After sending 11 emails i decided to call the Eco Park Club today at 8:36 am. I was promised by the lady that she will call me back after she took down my details. Wow i dont know what i expected but no call back took place, The worst customer service ever....... I will be cancelling all three our memberships and go elsewhere now.
