No customer service at Virgin active

you can never get hold of virgin active. The numbers to the local gyms are never answered and the customer service number ***does not work at all. how do you expect us to get hold of you when we need to. my virgin active app has not been working for a week and i cannot make bookings of any classes. I deleted and redownloaded the app but it doesn't work. i tried booking on the website but even the website doesn't work. Just as long as they take your money, they are happy. I am very unhappy with virgin active
