NO Customer service.....

Worst experience ever at the Virgin Active Canal Walk gym.... Two of the staff members a specially (Tyrone) has NO way of speaking to a customer (member).... Even laughing with the other colleague about the incident.... Saying I was swearing at him and his "colleague" was agreeing.... Where I know for a fact I was not swearing at him as my son was also standing there with me... Since when do staff members back chat? What happened to customer service?
