No customer service

I am absolutely shocked by the lack of customer service I have experienced for the past two days. I have been calling honeydew branch to get assistance regarding the process for bringing a visitor. I was transferred to Josh at reception, the first time I called he just passed the phone to someone else while I was speaking to him and I had to start all over again, the gentlemen I spoke to confirmed he could not hear me and I told him I would call back. I 've been calling back since and Josh either answers ,drops the line, puts the phone aside or transfers me to a number that just rings unanswered. Can you please remove the branches contact number as it clearly serves no purpose!!
