No Customer Care

I was a member of Virgin Active for 16 Years until the Comaro view branch was suddenly shut down. As long term members we were promised a lifetime premium membership at normal rates. I am still not receiving that benefit as promised after many calls - still no one can assist . False promises & bad service !
