No clean glasses

I have several times raised the issue of no clean glasses and/or water at the jacuzzi of Menlyn Maine Virgin Collection. The manager assured me she/he would attend to it. Unfortunately in the past two months there have still regularly not been clean glasses and/or water at the jacuzzi. Tonight there were even no clean glasses at the lounge area of the gym.
