No cancellation confirmation

First my PT had his contract terminated with immediate effect under questionable circumstances. Then I tried to terminate my membership and have been getting the runaround. Thought terminating was their thing. Why is it suddenly complicated? Have phoned the contact centre multiple times AND DM’d on Twitter and I still don’t have confirmation of cancellation. Shocking.
