No callback received after website request to join

Filled out the online form for Virgin Active to join the club and make use of the advertised special for June when joining. Never received a call back. Since the clubs are closed and this was the only link for joining the club on your website the least we expected was to be called back to join. You complain in the news about dwindling memberships and how long it will take to regain your lost members, yet when they want to rejoin you don't even phone them back. Since your June special ends today we have decided to rather not join and will look for alternatives to find a place to gym at.
