No Assistance!

Virgin Active Cresta say there systems are down and have been down since April and said they cannot help customers we must phone head office ourselves. They will not phone on our behalf even if you are standing in front of them. Upon phoning Head Office on 0860 888-886 eight times over 35 minutes at 16h15 the people answering the phone never said hello were just laughing out load each time and chatting away to each other and then just put the phone down. So how does one get assistance?
