No answers
<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the last platform I am coming to to hopefully get the answer I am looking for. I have phoned the constantia branch just to get handed off to various people, and told every time that someone will get back to me. that was over a month ago and I am still waiting for a reply.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have messaged the facebook page, still with no answer. so here I am.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am trying to find out when my contract expires. I have no use for the contract any more as I have no longer have a way to get to your gym, which I have always loved and felt almost at home in. I want to terminate my contract but there seems to be a conlict as to when the end date of my contract is. I opened it in October 2 years ago. I want September to be the last time you guys take money from me. According to your system, it said that my contract was only official in December...I do not understand how this is correct.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need some answers! Hopefully now I will get them! I am so over all the pain that the admin department has given me, and all the time wasted on trying to sort this matter out with no one on your side getting back to me at all!!</p> <p> </p> <p>The work ethic is terrible! Apparently all you see customers as is cash in the bank!!</p>
