No air-con at Virgin Active.

Why are the air-cons always off and when they are on the airflow is terrible!? This week has been hot (around 30 degrees ) and the air-con is barely on at Virgin Active Greenstone when I leave I’m dripping in sweat (like I swam or something) and I’m not allowed a sweat towel due to covid. At Virgin Active Bedfordview the air-con has not been working for 3 weeks in the weights section. It’s unbelievable. I pay R600 a month (with discovery discount) for a gym with no air-con?? Seriously it’s ridiculous. And I’m not referring to when there’s loadshedding because that’s completely understandable. Please do something about it or I will be switching. Thanks
