No Activated Membership

How bad can this be ? After joining 3 months ago with promise of no joining fee and free months I still do not have an activated membership card. When I raised this with the club I get told to rejoin and now I need to pay a joining fee - This should resolve everything.

Haha - Two weeks later with NEW card my membership is still not activated...

Is it time to look for another gym ?

This is really pathetic customer treatment
