No Action Taken Against Rude Instructor

This complaint was raised both on the day it happened and a call made on the 28 August 2017. Up until 7 September 2017, we have had no feedback except that the club will deal with the matter. The yoga class instructor - the only name the club could provide is Monique, verbally abused my husband, (which is ironic since she is a yoga instructor).

Her attitude and behaviour was completely uncalled for, this is the general comment from other club members who witnessed the episode, who also said that she is very rude to people on a regular basis - along with being verbally abusive she proceeded to jam the class door shut with a stick.

As paying members, we would appreciate action be taken against her as soon as possible and feedback be relayed back to us, as this entire situation could have been avoided if she had handled herself differently.
