NKOSI PERSONAL TRAINER-HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH HIM

I joined Virgin Active Wonderboom about a month ago. I decided to get a personal trainer and I have had a VERY bad experience with him. I paid him in advance and when we were supposed to meet for my first session he ignored my calls and later told me that he had another client. I forgave him and he did the same thing again and told me that he has to “squeeze “ me into his Schedule since I am not a “permanent “ client. I asked him to refund me and until this day he has not. At this point I am thinking of complaining about him at the head office.
