Nightmare customer service

The company is full of false promises and very unhelpful. Trying to cancel a membership has been a nightmare of dropped calls and false callback promises. The gym is so nice and I enjoyed it a lot at the time but now that I live in further away and don't need to use the facility it seems only the in gym staff are well trained. In the gym there are issues too, I asked for personal training on multiple occasions obviously willing to pay for this but it never came to fruition they have no female trainers and when I asked for 1 they told me there is a *******ual man who can train me as if that fills the gap of having female trainers employed so weird, I was also supposed to receive a few different items for opening my membership which I never got , my son was also supposed to receive a bag and some items and he never got it either. I just want to cancel the membership as I don't use it anymore as I've moved.
