Nice Gyms but Pathetic Admin at Potchefstroom branch

Joined Virgin Active Potchefstroom on 1 Oct 2022 as a student and what should have been Universal access paying R300/month. In 2023, I was notified that I no longer qualify as a student and had to pay R450/month. I requested a copy of my contract from Potchefstroom and is still waiting for it. Also noticed, when back at home (Cape Town), I no longer had universal access and was informed as such when querying the HelpDesk. Once more I requested a copy of the contract that was not provided.

In November 2023 I completed my studies, and tried to utilise the Virgin Active gym at Cape Gate. I was informed that I need to pay R710/month to gym there with a once off fee of R200. Yet again I requested a copy of my contract, which again was not delivered.

I have made numerous calls to the Potchefstroom branch since then and must pay for a service I can not use.
