New member bad service

Good day

I have complained on virgin active watsapp but no help.

I joined virgin on 1st Aug. Been for workouts 5 times since. I have not been receiving smoothies frm kuaie.. My app is showing dat I only came to virgin 2 times. I'm not geting any feedback.
