Never sign up for virgin ****ING active

I have been phoning and driving to the Montana virgin active where I signed up and got a gym bag. I then decided, during their cool off period, that I’m cancelling the contract. They asked for their bag back, which I returned to the gym so I can get my joining fee back. It’s been a whole month of me calling, sending my statements to virgin for a refund. Why would a whole billion rand company not want to return my joining fee? Honestly these small amounts are building up to their stupid company. This company is the worst there ever was and their contact centre is full of stupid agents that buy into this **** and get R3000 salary in return.
