Never get my rewards.

Application is pathetic, no other word to describe it, I have never automatically received my rewards, I constantly have to call and request them to load it. I have even logged calls at the branch with no success. They keep updating the app with new functionality yet they don't fix existing errors. Plenty users with the same issue. Bizarre.

When they eventually loaded my outstanding rewards, after a couple weeks, half of them expired shortly after or not valid. Absolutely wild that this has been going on for months since started. This is a primary incentive for joining Virgin Active, the rewards!
