Never fall for the % they offer

I joined Virgin Active end of January at Milpark and when i joined the sales guy said there is a promotion of 20% when i join, 30% the 2nd month when i come to the gym 4 times a month or more. I attended gym 4 times on that 2nd month however i was debited the full amount without the discount, when i asked i was told that their system shows that i attended 3 times. Called the head office from the gym, spoke to Rozeena Lee and I and Mike from the gym explained to him/her and I requested that may the 30% be deducted on the next debit order payment and she/he confirmed that it will be deducted from the next debit order which was not because I was debited the full amount. I called today as I was advised by Mike from the gym, I am being taken from pillar to post while I am requesting to speak to a team leader or manager because clearly what was advertised is not what is offered. I love the gym, clean and the staff is helpful but their head office is not helpful AT ALL. If your system is not working, fix it or change it. Never fall for the % they offer for you to join, you will have to fight for those
