Never ending stress

Have been trying to cancel my account from last year. 1st told to wait till the contract ends otherwise I would have to pay a fee. Waited for the contract to end then still got debited, I called to cancel and was being asked numerous questions as to why I want to cancel. After stating all my reasons was told to make time for myself in the gym. Eventually got confirmation that indeed the account was canceled so I asked why I am still being debited yet the cancelation occurred in May and a payment still occurred in June. Virgin active in summary has given me continuous stress! They do not handle cancelations well and it is sad.
