Nelspruit Virgin Gym in such a poor state of repair

Virgin Active Nelspruit is in a such a bad state of repair. I have been a member for well over 20 years and this is the worst state that it has ever been in. The aircon system has been out of order for weeks on end! On Monday, I tried to adjust my Watt bike and found that it was broken in various places. I changed to a second Watt bike only to find its battery was flat. This was at peak hour. Really not acceptable.

When reported to the gym manager, he just said that he understands my frustration! No solutions offered!!!

All in all, the gym has just gone backwards and is in such a sorry state.

Very, very disappointed!
